Time Set Panasonic KX-TD

You must be at the main phone for all Panasonic systems. (usually x101).

  1. Press the program button
  2. Dial **1234
  3. Dial 000
  4. Press the button that is located below the word NEXT on the display
  5. Change the flashing section of information by dialing new numbers, or if letters, press the button below the word SEL on the display
  6. To move to the next section, press the button below the right arrow on the display
  7. Press the button below the word NEXT to move to the next section (time)
  8. When finished, press the autodial/store button, then press hold, then press the program button

Time Set Panasonic KX-TA

You must be at the main phone for all Panasonic systems. (usually x101).

  1. Set switch on end of phone to "PROGRAM" (or push PROGRAM key if you have one)
  2. Dial "0"
  3. Enter year (last 2 digits)
  4. Enter month (01-12)
  5. Enter day (01-31)
  6. Enter day of week (Sun 0, Mon 1, Tue 2, Wed 3, Thu 4, Fri 5, Sat 6.)
  7. Enter Hour (01-12)
  8. Enter Minute (00-59)
  9. Press 0 for AM 1 for PM
  10. Press "AUTO DIAL/STORE" key
  11. Return phone switch to "SET" (or push PROGRAM key if you have one)

Time Set Panasonic TD-TDA

  1. Press PROGRAM, STAR, STAR, 1234 (Default password is 1234. Yours may have been changed.)
  2. Press SP-PHONE (Display shows Date & Time Set.)
  3. Press ENTER (Display will show year, month and date.)
  4. Press the button below NEXT on the display (Display will show flashing hour.)
  5. Enter the 2-digit hour (Such as 03 or 11)
  6. Enter the 2-digit minute (Such as 06 or 44)
  7. If needed, set AM or PM (Not necessary if correct or change by pressing SEL+)
  8. Press ENTER on the Navigator Wheel or the button labeled Auto Dial/Store. (New time is now stored.)

Time Set Panasonic Voice Mail

  1. Call the voice mail (usually intercom 165)
  2. Dial #6*999
  3. Enter the password if requested (usually 1234) followed by #
  4. Dial 6,3,1
  5. Enter the time followed by #
  6. Enter 1 for AM or 2 for PM
  7. Press 2 to accept the time
  8. To change the date, press 1 and follow the prompts, otherwise press 2
  9. Dial *** and hang up

Time Set Amanda Voice Mail

  1. Call into the voice mail
  2. Dial *999#999#
  3. Dial 8,8,3 then follow the prompts to set the date and time

  1. Pickup the handset
  2. Press the Program button
  3. Dial 919734632100
  4. Press the voicemail button
  5. Hang up the handset

To program in button on AT&T Phones

  1. Pickup the handset
  2. Press the Program button
  3. Dial *7
  4. Press the in button
  5. Hang up the handset

To program out button on AT&T Phones

  1. Pickup the handset
  2. Press the Program button
  3. Dial *6
  4. Press the pause button twice
  5. Dial 919734632100
  6. Press the out button
  7. Hang up the handset
